One Paid Media is a specialist paid media agency that unifies strategy, creative, campaign management, and reporting under one senior team. The company plans budgets, creates or adapts content, manages approvals, and continuously optimizes campaigns as results come in, including work produced by external creative agencies. One Paid Media runs paid media across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Spotify, and offers deep expertise in Sprinklr for setup, reporting, automated boosting, and consultancy. Automated tools handle routine tasks while experienced professionals make key decisions, ensuring efficient operations and transparent fees for clients of all sizes. The agency focuses on reducing admin and handoffs so more attention can be placed on delivering effective campaigns.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Assistant (Agency) role based in London. The individual in this role will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, and lead outreach efforts across target sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting discovery meetings, understanding client needs, crafting proposals, and presenting tailored paid media solutions across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Spotify. The role involves collaborating closely with strategy, account management, and campaign teams to ensure new clients are onboarded smoothly and positioned for long-term success. The person in this position will also contribute to business planning, revenue forecasting, and reporting to support the company’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in New Business Development and Business Development, with a track record of generating and closing opportunities.
- Strong background in Business Planning, including pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and growth strategy support.
- Proven Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, proposal development, and deal execution.
- Experience in Account Management, with the ability to build long-term client relationships and ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery teams.
- Understanding of digital and paid media channels (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Spotify) and interest in performance-driven marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple prospects and tasks simultaneously.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment; proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity identification.
- Previous experience in media, marketing, or advertising is preferred; familiarity with tools such as Sprinklr is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
