🚀 Business Development Advisor | Nottingham | Hybrid
We’re recruiting for an ambitious Business Development Advisor to join a growing training and education organisation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a target-driven sales professional who enjoys winning new business, building employer relationships and creating opportunities that make a real difference.
What you’ll be doing:
- Generate new business through networking and social media
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Identify and secure new apprenticeship opportunities with employers
- Attend networking and employer events
- Meet with employers and conduct training needs analysis
- Account manage existing employer relationships
- Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently achieve sales targets

What we’re looking for:
- Proven sales success and target achievement
- Experience generating your own leads and winning new business
- Confident, outgoing and commercially focused
- Comfortable with cold calling and employer engagement
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Apprenticeship/FE sector knowledge would be a real advantage
- Full UK driving licence and own transport

⏰ Full-time | 35 hours per week
