We're hiring: Business Development Assistant (Part-Time)

πŸš€ Nu Xform is growing β€” and we're looking for a motivated, personable individual to join us as a Business Development Assistant.

We're an agile, fast-growing Independent SMaRT and Building Intelligence Advisory firm, helping organisations create strategically governed, measurable, adaptive, real-time intelligent building operations.

What you'll be doing:

  • πŸ” Researching target organisations and decision-makers across higher education, healthcare and corporate estates
  • 🀝 Supporting outreach via LinkedIn, email and phone
  • βœ… Qualifying leads and new opportunities
  • πŸ“… Coordinating discovery meetings and client pitches
  • πŸ“Š Keeping our CRM accurate and up to date
  • πŸ“£ Representing Nu Xform at industry events

The details:

  • πŸ’· Β£35,000 FTE (pro-rata Β£17,500 for 20 hours/week) + commission
  • 🏑 Flexible, hybrid working β€” one day/week required in our Eastbourne office
