About HRCosmo
HRCosmo is a Workforce Operations Intelligence Platform built for manufacturing organizations, with a strong early presence in the Auto & Auto Components sector in India. We help HR, Operations, and Plant leadership teams turn workforce data into operational decisions — complementing platforms like SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle HCM rather than replacing them. As we expand into international markets, we're building a distributed team of driven, entrepreneurial contractors to help us find and develop new business relationships in the US.
About the Role
As a Business Development Associate, you'll help HRCosmo identify and develop business opportunities within the US market. You'll work on qualified leads we provide, while also having the opportunity to independently identify and pursue new prospects. This is a performance-based, contractor role — ideal for someone who's self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and excited by the idea of uncapped earnings tied directly to results.
What You'll Do
- Work on qualified leads and prospect lists provided by HRCosmo
- Research companies and identify relevant decision-makers — HR leaders, People & Workforce leaders, Operations heads, and senior business stakeholders
- Identify and develop new prospects independently within the US market
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other professional channels
- Introduce prospects to HRCosmo and clearly communicate the value of our platform
- Follow up with prospects and maintain professional communication through the sales cycle
- Qualify leads and help schedule introductory meetings and product discussions
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in our CRM/tracking system
- Share market feedback and prospect insights with the HRCosmo team
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
