Cascade Cash Management helps individuals, businesses, charities, and financial advisers get more from their cash, safely, simply, and with expert support. We're growing fast, and we're investing in the next generation of talent to grow with us.
This is a genuine sales role with a genuine development path, not an admin job with a sales-sounding title. We're recruiting a Business Development Associate to build a rock-solid foundation in B2B sales, with a clear, structured route to becoming a fully-fledged Business Development Manager. You'll be paired with an experienced BDM from day one, learning how to build, manage, and get the most out of a pipeline, real deals, real coaching, real commission, before taking on full ownership as your skills and confidence grow.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
If you've never sold before but you've dealt with customers and you've got the drive, this could be your first step into sales. If you've already had one sales job and you're looking for the next one, somewhere with proper training, proper mentoring, and a real career path, this is built for you.
What matters more than experience:
- Energy and hunger - you want to build a career, not just fill a seat
- Resilience - you can take a "no" and come back sharper
- Self-reflection and emotional intelligence - you can look honestly at what worked, what didn't, and why
- Coachability - we can teach you the skill. We're looking for the attitude that makes the skill stick.
