Company Description
Cold Call Killers is a cold calling agency that pairs elite human callers with proprietary sourcing and call-intelligence tech to book qualified meetings. And we have the data to prove it works: 250,000+ cold calls across 8 countries and 20+ industries, an average positive engagement rate of 3.22%, well above the industry norm, plus $130M+ in supported transaction value.
We're looking for a Business Development Associate with strong commercial instincts, sharp communication skills, and the drive to turn conversations into real revenue and closed deals. This is a full-time, front-line growth role for someone exceptional at outbound outreach, confident presenting to executives, and energized by building pipeline from zero. You'll sit at the intersection of business development, partnerships, and deal execution, initiating conversations with business owners, building trusted relationships, and helping convert opportunities into completed transactions across Cold Call Killers' platform and portfolio. This is not a passive sales, marketing, or research role. You'll learn how deals actually get done by doing them.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
