What You'll Be Doing

Customer Engagement & Brand Representation

  • Represent client brands with professionalism, enthusiasm, and confidence.
  • Engage directly with customers and deliver exceptional brand experiences.
  • Build positive customer relationships and support customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Act as a key ambassador for our clients and their products and services.

Business Development & Campaign Support

  • Assist in the execution of customer acquisition and marketing campaigns.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and campaign performance.
  • Contribute ideas and insights that support business growth and client success.
  • Work closely with team members to achieve campaign objectives and targets.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Explore market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity.
  • Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to support campaign strategy.
  • Monitor campaign performance and help identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Learning & Professional Growth

  • Participate in ongoing training covering sales, marketing, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Develop confidence in customer engagement, relationship building, and commercial awareness.
  • Gain exposure to different areas of the business while building a strong foundation for future career progression opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • A positive, proactive, and ambitious attitude.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence working with people in a customer-facing environment.
  • A willingness to learn, develop, and take on new challenges.
  • Strong organisational skills and a solution-focused mindset.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or marketing is beneficial but not required.
