Role Description
The Business Development Associate role is a full-time, remote position focused on expanding DecoDigit’s client base and digital marketing services. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Identifying and qualifying leads
- Conducting market research to understand industry trends and client needs
- Reaching out to prospective clients through calls, emails, and online meetings
- Preparing and delivering clear, engaging presentations and proposals
- Coordinating with internal teams to align service offerings with client requirements
- Maintaining accurate records of outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline status in CRM or tracking tools
- Supporting relationship-building activities
- Contributing ideas to business growth strategies
- Reporting regularly on performance metrics and opportunities

Qualifications
- Strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective presentations
- Proven Lead Generation abilities, including prospecting and qualifying potential clients
- Solid Market Research skills to analyze industries, competitors, and customer needs
- Clear, professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and internal collaboration
- Relevant skills such as a basic understanding of digital marketing (PPC, SEO, SMO, SEM), familiarity with CRM tools, and comfort with remote collaboration platforms are beneficial
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet targets and deadlines
