Business Development & Growth | Digital Delivered
UK / Europe · Hybrid · Full-time · Base salary + uncapped commission
We are looking for someone to help us build the next stage of Digital Delivered. Someone who loves meeting people, opening doors and turning a good conversation into a lasting business relationship. Passionate about what they do, hungry to succeed and proactive enough to make things happen.
We help organisations transform through digital, data & AI, cybersecurity, and people & change. Behind those services are incredibly experienced people who understand clients’ challenges and help solve them.
What you’ll do
- Work closely with the founding partner and our consultants to find opportunities, win business and grow relationships.
- Take ownership of researching target clients, starting conversations and building a pipeline of new business.
- Own the CRM, keeping opportunities and next steps up to date.
- Work with our marketing team to shape our LinkedIn presence and marketing strategy into activity that creates conversations.
