Role Description
The Business Development Associate is a full-time, hybrid role based in Aldridge, with flexibility for some work from home. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and supporting sales growth within the heavy-duty filtration and related markets.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Conducting market research
- Building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Preparing and delivering presentations
- Supporting the creation of proposals and quotations
The associate will collaborate with the sales and operations teams to understand customer requirements, promote suitable filtration solutions, and help expand FILTRATION WAREHOUSE LTD’s presence in target sectors. The role also involves tracking business development activities, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and contributing ideas to improve outreach and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering professional Presentations to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Lead Generation skills, including identifying prospects, qualifying opportunities, and supporting follow-up activities.
- Market Research skills, including analyzing industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in relevant sectors.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage confidently with a wide range of contacts.
- Previous experience in business development, sales support, or account management, ideally within industrial, automotive, or related sectors.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with common office and CRM software tools and comfort working with data and reports.
- Relevant education in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
