Overview
Element has an opportunity for a new Business Development Associate to represent our Warringtonfire business. In this role you will be an inside seller, responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with a defined group of clients and prospects. This is a great time to join us - leading, global player within the Testing, Inspection and Certification industry.

Our new Business Development Associate will expand business with dormant and existing accounts, responsible for 30-70 quotations per week. This is a customer-focused role, assuring customer satisfaction while continuously and effectively interacting with our site General Manager as well as our Sales and our lab / technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Establish and proactively maintain a strong professional relationships with key decision makers
- Identify current and future customer service requirements, driving to access the full potential of each opportunity
- Ensure timely follow up with customers and stakeholders
- Utilise our CRM to record activities
- Participate in regular pipeline reviews
- Achieve sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis
Skills / Qualifications
- Business Development, Sales or Account Management experience is required
- Ability to produce weekly and monthly sales reports
- Strong communicator - with customers via phone and email
- Passionate about solving practical customer problems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Flexibility to represent the company at a broad range of events
- Comfortable managing multiple streams of work, ability to prioritise effectively and liaise with various stakeholders and customers at all levels
- Please note that some ad hoc overnight travel may be required
