We're growing our commercial team. We're looking for a Business Development Associate to help introduce Zorro to lenders, brokers and financial institutions across the UK.
You'll work directly with the founders, build relationships with prospective customers, qualify opportunities and help turn conversations into long term partnerships.
What you'll do
- Engage with prospective customers across multiple channels
- Qualify opportunities and understand customer needs
- Schedule meetings with decision makers
- Build and manage a healthy commercial pipeline
- Work closely with the founders to improve messaging and customer engagement
- Share market feedback to help shape our product and go to market strategy

Who we're looking for
- Strong communication skills
- Confident speaking with senior decision makers
- Organised and consistent with follow up
- Experience in business development, sales or customer facing roles is a plus
- Interest in AI, fintech or B2B software
