Purpose of the Role

The Business Development Associate plays an important role in supporting the growth of the business by assisting with business development activities, coordinating projects, maintaining accurate records and reporting, and ensuring key actions are progressed.

The role works closely with colleagues across the business to support strategic initiatives, identify opportunities for improvement, and build positive relationships with internal teams. By providing effective administrative and operational support, the Business Development Associate helps drive the successful delivery of the company's growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Business Development team with day-to-day administrative activities.
  • Coordinate diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements where required.
  • Prepare agendas and meeting minutes.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, business plans, and meeting documentation.
  • Produce regular reports on business development activity.
  • Coordinate follow-up actions from meetings and ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.
  • Maintain accurate records within the company's CRM system.
  • Support wider projects undertaken by the Business Development team.
  • Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders.
