Role Description
The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position focuses on identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, supporting revenue growth, and strengthening client relationships in engineering and manufacturing markets. - Conducting market research
- Generating and qualifying leads
- Preparing and delivering presentations to prospective clients
- Supporting the development of proposals and sales materials
- Collaborating with technical and operations teams to align client needs with ERAYA’s solutions
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM tools
- Tracking key performance metrics

The Business Development Associate is expected to actively participate in meetings, events, and client visits, while contributing to continuous improvement of business development processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead Generation capabilities, including identifying prospects, qualifying opportunities, and supporting pipeline development.
- Market Research skills to analyze industry trends, competitors, and client needs and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or technical services.
- Comfort with CRM systems, productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations), and basic data analysis.
- Educational background in business, engineering, marketing, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
