Business Development Partners
Diomas Group is looking for 2 Business Development Partners to help us expand our training business:
📍 1 position – London / UK
📍 1 position – GCC region
This is a commission-only opportunity, ideal for someone who already has a professional network and enjoys opening doors, developing relationships and generating business.
What you’ll be doing
- Identify and approach organisations that could benefit from our training programmes and workshops
- Introduce Diomas Group to potential clients
- Develop relationships with decision-makers in HR, L&D, Talent, Sales and Leadership
- Generate qualified business opportunities
- Support the relationship through to a successful opportunity

Who we’re looking for
You may already be working in business development, sales, HR, L&D, consulting, recruitment, training or a related field — or simply have strong corporate connections and the ability to open doors.

We are particularly interested in people who already have a network of organisations and decision-makers in London/UK or the GCC.
This is not a salaried position. It is a performance-based opportunity, so the earning potential depends on the business you generate.
