About the Role

We’re growing, and we’re looking for a commercially driven Associate Business Development Consultant who wants to build a genuine career in sales, client acquisition and Business Development.
You don’t need recruitment experience for this role.
We’re open to ambitious people from a range of backgrounds, including sales, customer-facing roles, graduate positions and other target-driven environments. What matters most is your attitude, commercial mindset and desire to succeed.

You’ll join us through our Associate BD route, where we’ll train you on the recruitment and technology side of the industry while developing your Business Development and sales skills.
Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for:
- Prospecting through calls, LinkedIn and email
- Identifying and approaching potential clients
- Building relationships with decision-makers
- Understanding client hiring needs
- Winning new vacancies and business
- Managing and developing your sales pipeline
- Negotiating and closing opportunities
- Working closely with our Delivery team to fulfil the vacancies you win
