Prestige IFA Jobs is delighted to be representing our client, a growing international wealth management business, in the search for ambitious Business Development Executives to join our client’s London operation.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a career within international wealth management, with a structured pathway towards becoming a Private Wealth Adviser.
About The Role
The successful candidates will play an important role in identifying and engaging with high-net-worth international clients, introducing them to our client’s wealth management proposition and creating opportunities for its experienced Private Wealth Advisers.
The position is designed as a trainee pathway into international financial services, providing exposure to business development, wealth management and high-net-worth clients, alongside structured professional development.
Our client will also support successful candidates through the CISI Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma, providing the professional foundation required to progress towards becoming a Private Wealth Adviser over a 2–3 year period.

Key Responsibilities
- Researching and identifying prospective international clients
- Engaging with potential clients via telephone, email and LinkedIn
- Introducing prospective clients to our client’s wealth management services
- Developing, generating and qualifying new business opportunities
- Arranging meetings between qualified prospects and experienced Private Wealth Advisers
- Developing and maintaining strong professional relationships
- Building knowledge of international wealth management and financial markets
- Working towards relevant industry qualifications and professional development
Candidate Profile
Our client is looking for ambitious, commercially aware and proactive individuals who are keen to develop a long-term career within international wealth management.
Ideally, Candidates Will Demonstrate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and commercially focused approach
- Previous experience in sales, recruitment, business development or another proactive client-facing environment would be advantageous
- The ability to identify opportunities, generate leads and develop new business
- Confidence when communicating with high-net-worth individuals
- A genuine interest in financial markets, economics and current affairs
- Good research skills and the ability to navigate platforms such as LinkedIn and online company directories
- The ambition and determination to progress into a Private Wealth Adviser position

Previous experience within financial services is not necessarily required. The key requirement is the right attitude, commercial drive and a genuine desire to develop a career within international wealth management.
What’s on Offer?
- £24,000 – £28,000 basic salary
- Uncapped commission
- £40,000 – £50,000 Year 1 OTE
