Position: Business Development Associate / Researcher
We are looking for a commercially curious, driven Business Development Associate / Researcher who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will join an established and experienced team, with the support to learn and develop alongside the freedom to take ownership of your own activity, relationships and pipeline. From brand activations to live moments that connect fans and audiences worldwide, this is an opportunity to help create memorable work with some of the most iconic names in sport, culture and entertainment.

What You Will Be Doing
- Generate new business opportunities across our key growth areas: high-value prospects, new sectors, and existing client development.
- Build and develop your industry network to secure meetings and create meaningful relationships with key decision-makers.
- Lead on and contribute to pitch opportunities, with support from senior colleagues and the project management team.
- Manage and update the new business pipeline consistently.
- Actively use the commercial tracker to provide accurate reporting on all client activity.
- Prospect and engage potential clients through outbound activity.
- Develop a full understanding of client needs and challenges, both current and future.
- Take responsibility for revenue generation from new and prospective clients, as well as cross-selling into existing accounts.

The Skills And Experience You Need
- Experience in business development, sales, partnerships, account growth or another commercially focused role.
- A natural relationship-builder who enjoys meeting new people, opening doors and turning conversations into opportunities.
- Persistence and resilience to keep opportunities moving through a lengthy sales cycle.
- Commercial curiosity to understand a prospective client’s challenges and think strategically about where LIVE·TEAM can add value.
- Ability to juggle priorities, work independently, and collaborate with colleagues across the business.
- Comfort with travel across the UK for client meetings, conferences and events.
- Based in the Orpington office with a blend of hybrid working.
