  • Manage and update the new business pipeline consistently.
  • Actively use the commercial tracker to provide accurate reporting on all client activity.
  • Prospect and engage potential clients through outbound activity.
  • Develop a full understanding of client needs and challenges, both current and future.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Skills and Experience You Need

You’ll probably have some experience in business development, sales, partnerships, account growth or another commercially focused role, and be looking for an opportunity to take the next step in your career. You’ll be a natural relationship-builder who enjoys meeting new people, opening doors and turning conversations into opportunities.

New business takes persistence, so you’ll need to be resilient, self-motivated and comfortable playing the long game. You’ll have the determination to keep opportunities moving through what can sometimes be a lengthy sales cycle, while being commercially curious enough to understand a prospective client’s challenges and think strategically about where LIVE·TEAM can add value. You’ll have plenty of support from an established and experienced team, but we’re looking for someone who wants to take ownership of their own pipeline, build momentum and ultimately shape their own success.
