We’re looking for someone who can turn curiosity into a conversation.

Evdemic is developing EVReady — a readiness-first approach designed to help organisations understand whether their operations are genuinely ready for EV transition before committing to wider rollout.

We’re at an early and exciting stage.

And we’re looking for someone who wants to help us turn a strong idea into real client relationships.

We’re more interested in your drive, curiosity and ability to communicate than the number of years on your CV.

The role

This isn’t simply appointment setting.

You’ll help identify the right organisations, approach decision-makers and develop the conversation far enough to understand whether there is a genuine problem EVReady could help solve.

That means being comfortable asking questions such as:

  • What’s becoming more difficult as your EV transition moves from planning into actual operations?
  • Where are you having to adapt as you go?
  • Have you been able to test those assumptions before scaling?

You’ll listen.

You’ll ask the next question.

You’ll recognise when there’s a genuine opportunity.

And you’ll help move that conversation towards an EVReady discovery meeting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The founder will join those conversations to provide the business vision, EVReady methodology and solution knowledge.

We aren’t expecting you to simply generate a lead and disappear — we want you involved in helping develop the opportunity.

Experience is useful. Attitude matters more.

Perhaps you’ve worked in business development, recruitment, customer service, telesales, account management or another client-facing role.

Perhaps you’re earlier in your career and know you’re good with people but haven’t yet been given the opportunity to prove it.

We’re interested in both.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Confident enough to start conversations.
  • Curious enough to ask good questions.
  • Commercial enough to recognise an opportunity.
  • Persistent enough to follow up.
  • Human enough not to sound like a sales script.

EV or fleet experience would be useful, but it isn’t essential.

We can teach the proposition.

It’s much harder to teach genuine enthusiasm.

What you’ll be helping us build

EVReady isn’t intended to be another EV product or charging solution.

We’re interested in the question that comes before organisations scale:

Are we actually ready?

Our initial EVReady engagements examine operational readiness and help organisations identify what works, what doesn’t and what needs to change before wider rollout.

You’ll help us find the organisations asking those questions.

What success looks like

We don’t want thousands of automated LinkedIn messages.

We want quality conversations.

You’ll help build a targeted prospect pipeline, develop relationships, qualify opportunities, participate in discovery conversations and help progress suitable organisations towards a commercial EVReady pilot.

As the business grows, there is significant scope for this position to grow with it.

One question before you apply

Rather than writing us a long covering letter, answer this:

A Fleet Director tells you:

“We’re already rolling out EVs and we already have charging partners.”

What would you ask them next?

We’re much more interested in your answer than whether you’ve spent 3 years or 13 years in sales.
