UK BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COLLABORATION OPPORTUNITY

TDX Consulting is seeking independent consultants and boutique consulting firms to support the growth of our inclusive culture and social impact portfolio across the UK.

  • Inclusive Culture Assessments and Certifications
  • Inclusive leadership, language, recruitment, psychological safety, allyship and microaggression programmes
  • Corporate workshops, learning experiences and educational games

THE COLLABORATION

The selected commercial partner will:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UK
  • Introduce TDX Consulting to potential clients and strategic partners

TDX Consulting will provide programme materials, subject-matter expertise, proposal support and technical participation in client meetings. TDX will lead programme scoping, pricing, contracting and delivery.

WHO THIS COLLABORATION MAY SUIT

  • Independent consultants and boutique advisory firms
  • HR, DEI, organisational culture, learning or ESG specialists
  • Business development professionals operating through their own business
  • Professionals with relevant UK corporate relationships and B2B business development experience

COMMERCIAL MODEL

This is an independent, non-exclusive and commission-based B2B collaboration.

  • There is no basic salary, retainer or guaranteed income.
  • Commission rates and commercial terms will be shared and agreed in writing before any business development activity begins.

The independent collaborator will determine how, when and where the agreed activities are carried out and will remain free to work with other clients, subject to confidentiality and proportionate conflict-of-interest requirements.

TDX Consulting retains responsibility for approving pricing, proposals, contracts and formal client commitments.

The collaborator will have no authority to agree pricing, enter into contracts, collect client payments or otherwise bind TDX Consulting.
