Shape the Future of One of the UK's Growing Training Providers
GTAccess Training Ltd is part of the successful GTAccess Group, delivering accredited training across the UK including IPAF, PASMA, First Aid, Health & Safety, Working at Height, Forklift, Telehandler, and many more.
We're looking for an ambitious, commercially driven leader to help take our training business to the next level.
This isn't a traditional Business Development Manager role. We're looking for someone who wants to influence the direction of the business, lead a great team, develop new revenue streams, strengthen customer relationships, and drive continuous growth.
If you enjoy building businesses, developing people, and making commercial decisions that have a genuine impact, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll take ownership of the commercial performance of GTAccess Training. You'll lead our sales function, oversee marketing activity, manage key customer relationships, and work alongside our Operations Manager to ensure we continue delivering exceptional customer service whilst growing revenue.
This is a hands-on management role where you'll have the autonomy to identify opportunities, implement new ideas, and make a real difference.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
