About NORNORM
NORNORM is a fast-growing circular scale-up redefining the workspace industry through a subscription model that's better for people, businesses, and the planet. As we expand in the UK, we're looking for someone with deep knowledge of the commercial real estate and flexible office market, ready to turn that insight into new business for NORNORM.
This is a role with real autonomy in the market. You'll be the credible first touchpoint for NORNORM in the CRE and flex market, using your existing network and market knowledge to open doors that would otherwise stay closed, and building the relationships that turn into long-term, high-value partnerships.
You'll have real ownership of your market and your pipeline from day one, with the freedom to build it your way. This is your chance to shape how one of Europe's most ambitious circular scale-ups breaks into the UK's commercial real estate and flex market, backed by a high-trust culture that rewards initiative over hierarchy.
What You'll Be Doing
- Generate qualified pipeline by identifying relevant landlords, flex operators, brokers, workplace consultants, and occupiers across the UK market
- Use your understanding of managed offices, fitted space, Cat B fit-out, and occupier requirements to spot where NORNORM's furniture-as-a-service model creates real value
- Build and progress new business opportunities through targeted outreach, warm market engagement, broker and operator follow-up, and event networking
- Research target accounts to understand their portfolio, vacancy challenges, fit-out strategy, and tenant requirements
- Qualify opportunities based on commercial fit, timing, budget, and potential MRR/ARR value, and book high-quality discovery meetings with clear commercial rationale
- Share market feedback, including objections, competitor insight, and occupier trends, and work closely with partnerships, marketing, and sales to sharpen targeting
- Represent NORNORM at industry events, viewings, and partner conversations, turning relationships into commercial opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM data, including account intelligence, stakeholder mapping, and pipeline status.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Is This Role for You?
- You're a hunter at heart, comfortable creating and progressing your own opportunities from a standing start.
- You communicate with confidence and know how to build trust with senior decision-makers, and your follow-up is structured and consistent, always with a clear commercial rationale behind every meeting you book.
- You're driven by targets and momentum, but never lose sight of the long-term relationship.
- You're socially talented, confident representing NORNORM in the room, and fluent in English, written and spoken.
We also imagine that you:
- Have direct experience from commercial real estate, flexible offices, managed offices, workplace solutions, office leasing, office fit-out or a closely related part of the UK office market
- Have experience owning and closing complex sales cycles, and are comfortable engaging multiple stakeholders in a single buying process
- Take a structured, thoughtful approach to sales rather than relying on high-volume transactional selling
- An articulate communicator who can hold a room and inspire confidence
