Business Development Consultant

Basic £40,000 - £50,000 Uncapped commission + Bonus

I'm working with a profitable, founder-led recruitment and consultancy business generating more than £5m in annual revenue.
They're looking for a salesperson whose focus is simple.
- Open doors.
- Win clients.
- Create opportunities.
- Then go and find the next one.
You'll have three propositions to sell:

Who could fit?
You might already be a recruitment 360 who loves the BD but could happily leave the delivery behind.
You might be an existing recruitment BD or 180 consultant.
Or you could come from a related professional services sales background.
What matters is that you're credible with senior clients, comfortable on the phone and face to face, and genuinely enjoy creating new business.
