Apex Resources is hiring Business Development Consultants to join our 2027 cohort, starting in January.

About Apex Resources
Established in 2004, Apex Resources has gone from strength to strength and is now one of the UK's leading agency suppliers within the Trades & Labour market. We have built a large database of skilled tradespeople across the UK and have continued to expand into new markets and locations. With further growth planned, we're looking to open 4 additional branches over the next 12 months.
The Opportunity
We're looking for ambitious, commercially-minded individuals with a strong sales background who want to build a successful career in recruitment. As a Business Development Consultant, you'll be responsible for developing new business, building client relationships, and generating revenue within the recruitment market. You don't need previous recruitment experience. We're interested in people who know how to sell, prospect, build relationships, and win business.

- A desire to earn exceptional commission
Recruitment experience is not essential. If you've got the sales ability and the ambition, we'll give you the tools and market knowledge to succeed.

Start Date: January 2027
Requirement: Full UK driving licence
