For this performance-based, remote role, I am looking for a highly motivated individual who is happy to work independently; enjoys fostering new opportunities and relationships with effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.
As an autonomous Consultant, you will be supported by an established Global brand and network of people across 100+ countries, all who are passionate about what they do and live life to the fullest.
Person Specification
- 7 years plus experience in Healthcare or Pharma
- Leadership or Management experience
- Able to demonstrate a track record of building relationships and converting high-quality opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and confidence.
- Experience in Business Planning or Business strategy
- Comfortable working flexibly in a remote setting
- Adept with digital collaboration tools and online meeting platforms
