Business Development Consultant
We are seeking ambitious and driven Business Development Consultants to join our growing team on a remote basis. You will be responsible for generating new business, developing client relationships, and expanding our presence across key markets. This role is focused purely on client acquisition, revenue growth, and strategic account development.
Key Sectors
We are particularly interested in consultants with experience in one or more of the following industries:
- Energy
- Construction
- Robotics
- Healthcare
- Life Sciences
- Technology
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and secure new client opportunities within your specialist market.
- Build and maintain long-term, strategic partnerships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Own the full business development lifecycle, from lead generation and pitching through to contract negotiation and account growth.
- Develop and execute market-entry and client acquisition strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team revenue and sales KPIs.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, hiring demands, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity within your vertical.
- Represent the business at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings locally and internationally.
- Travel regularly to meet clients and support business expansion efforts.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a business development–focused recruitment or staffing role within an agency environment.
- Strong market knowledge and established client network in at least one of the following sectors: energy, construction, finance, healthcare, life sciences, or IT.
- Demonstrated track record of winning new business and exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly self-motivated, resilient, and commercially driven, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
