About the job

For growth-minded professionals who know they're capable of more. There often comes a point in a successful career when you start asking a different kind of question. You may have built a strong career, led people, developed clients, managed a business, delivered results or become highly skilled at what you do. And yet, something may still be telling you there’s more. This opportunity is designed for experienced professionals who are ready to explore a different way of working and building.

We are expanding our global remote team and looking for motivated, growth-minded professionals with experience in areas such as business development, sales, leadership, management, consulting, client relationships, customer success, training, HR or other people-focused roles. You don't need to come from one particular industry. What matters is that you know how to communicate, build genuine relationships, understand people's needs and take responsibility for your own results.

This is an independent contractor opportunity, rather than a traditional salaried position. It is fully remote and designed for professionals who value flexibility, autonomy and the ability to build something around their existing life and professional goals. Compensation is performance-based and directly related to individual results.

About Us

We are a global organisation providing professional and personal development education through online programs, virtual workshops and live events, supporting individuals across more than 100 countries.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
