Senior Business Development Consultant

£27,000 - £33,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission | Office Based | Nottingham

Help Care Providers Solve Their Biggest Challenges

At Delphi Care Solutions, we work with care providers across the UK to improve quality, achieve compliance, overcome operational challenges, and deliver better outcomes for the people they support.

This isn't a high-volume sales environment where you're pushing products people don't need. Our clients come to us because they need expert support. Whether they're preparing for inspection, improving service quality, navigating compliance concerns, opening new services, overcoming staffing challenges, or driving operational improvement, we provide practical solutions that make a genuine difference.

We're looking for a confident, ambitious, and commercially minded Senior Business Development Consultant to help drive the next phase of our growth.

If you enjoy building relationships, opening doors, creating opportunities, and having meaningful conversations with senior decision-makers, this could be the perfect opportunity.

About the Role

As a Senior Business Development Consultant, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and developing relationships with care providers across the UK.

You'll speak directly with owners, directors, registered managers, responsible individuals, and senior leaders, taking the time to understand the challenges they're facing and introducing specialist services that can genuinely help their organisations succeed.

This is a consultative role where credibility, trust, and relationship-building are far more important than a scripted sales pitch. You'll work alongside some of the most experienced professionals in the sector, helping organisations access expert support that improves quality, strengthens compliance, develops services, and ultimately enhances outcomes for the people they support.

Every conversation has the potential to make a real difference.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
