About Agrizy

Founded in 2021 by Vicky Dodani and Saket Chirania, Agrizy is a Series A funded tech-led CRDMO for global Food & Beverage (F&B) and Wellness brands. The company acts as an end-to-end backend catalyst across the product lifecycle from concept ideation and R&D-led formulation development to ingredient sourcing, manufacturing, and global fulfilment helping brands accelerate new product development, reduce cost-to-market, and scale existing lines with speed, consistency, and compliance.

By integrating GenAI capabilities, in-house R&D, tech-enabled quality systems, and processing infrastructure, Agrizy is building a scalable, intelligence-led backbone for the global F&B and Wellness industry. Today, Agrizy partners with 300+ global F&B and wellness brands across 20+ countries and is backed by leading investors including Omnivore, Accion, Ankur Capital, Capria, and Thai Wah Ventures.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Consultant to drive business growth across international markets by identifying and engaging prospective customers, building strategic relationships, and managing the sales process from lead generation through deal closure. The ideal candidate will have a strong B2B sales background, an established network within the food and agriculture ecosystem, and the ability to independently drive revenue opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
