About Agrizy
Founded in 2021 by Vicky Dodani and Saket Chirania, Agrizy is a Series A funded tech-led CRDMO for global Food & Beverage (F&B) and Wellness brands. The company acts as an end-to-end backend catalyst across the product lifecycle from concept ideation and R&D-led formulation development to ingredient sourcing, manufacturing, and global fulfilment helping brands accelerate new product development, reduce cost-to-market, and scale existing lines with speed, consistency, and compliance.
By integrating GenAI capabilities, in-house R&D, tech-enabled quality systems, and processing infrastructure, Agrizy is building a scalable, intelligence-led backbone for the global F&B and Wellness industry. Today, Agrizy partners with 300+ global F&B and wellness brands across 20+ countries and is backed by leading investors including Omnivore, Accion, Ankur Capital, Capria, and Thai Wah Ventures.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Consultant to drive business growth across international markets by identifying and engaging prospective customers, building strategic relationships, and managing the sales process from lead generation through deal closure. The ideal candidate will have a strong B2B sales background, an established network within the food and agriculture ecosystem, and the ability to independently drive revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and engage potential customers across international markets.
- Schedule high-intent meetings with prospective buyers and key decision-makers.
- Own the complete business development lifecycle, from lead generation to successful sales closure.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with buyers, distributors, traders, manufacturers, supermarkets, retail chains, and other strategic partners.
- Collaborate with internal business teams to develop customer-specific solutions and maximize conversion opportunities.
- Track the sales pipeline, maintain accurate records, and provide regular business updates using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Stay informed about market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B business development, sales, or key account management.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Established industry network within one or more of the following sectors:
- Processed Fruits & Vegetables
- Spices
- Herbal & Plant Extracts
- Nutraceuticals
- Cosmetics & Personal Care
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong ownership with the ability to independently drive business outcomes.
