We have an exciting opportunity for a New Business Consultant to join our Work & Rewards team, supporting growth across our Rewards & Data Intelligence (RDI) solutions.
Based in our flagship London (Lime Street) office, you’ll benefit from a hybrid working environment that combines flexibility with the energy of being in a vibrant, well-connected City location. You’ll be joining a highly collaborative, international team known for its strong culture, supportive colleagues, and excellent benefits offering.
This role is ideal for someone with a commercial mindset, who enjoys building relationships and spotting opportunities, and is keen to further develop their business development and consulting experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
You’ll gain exposure to clients and colleagues across Europe and globally, working on a wide range of reward-related topics and initiatives.
Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will support new business activity, contribute to client engagement initiatives, and help deliver integrated solutions that address clients’ reward and workforce challenges.

The Role
Business Development & Commercial Support
- Support new business activity and contribute to sales and growth objectives across Work & Rewards solutions
- Assist with consultative sales opportunities across Rewards & Data Intelligence (RDI) and broader W&R offerings
- Support opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle, coordinating stakeholders and helping ensure high-quality delivery and client engagement
- Partner with internal teams, including Growth Operations, Legal, and Consulting, to support contracting and operational processes

Pipeline & Client Management
- Support the management of sales opportunities and pipeline activity, ensuring timely follow-up and progression
- Maintain accurate CRM (Dynamics) records and support pipeline reporting and forecasting activities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Support account development activity and identify opportunities for broader client engagement
Collaboration & Market Engagement
- Collaborate across markets in Europe and work closely with international colleagues on cross-border opportunities
- Partner with colleagues across Work & Rewards and adjacent practices to deliver integrated client solutions
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business development discussions
- Share market insights and client feedback to support go-to-market initiatives
- Build strong internal relationships to enable effective cross-team collaboration
