BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & CONTRACTS PARTNERS WANTED — 3 OPPORTUNITIES
Birmingham / West Midlands – Hybrid
Michel D. Painting, Decorating & Building Ltd is an established Birmingham-based construction, refurbishment, and property-maintenance company, trading since 2018.
We are now ready for the next stage of growth, and we are looking for three experienced, commercially sharp, and highly driven Business Development & Contracts Partners to grow with us.
This is not a standard sales job.
This is not a position for somebody who wants to sit behind a desk and forward occasional leads.
We are looking for people who know how to open doors, build relationships, secure contracts, follow opportunities through, and create real business.
We already have the trade capability, workforce, vans, tools, qualifications, insurance, practical experience, and delivery side of the business.
What we need now is the commercial firepower.
Most day-to-day lead generation, research, calls, emails, and administration can be done remotely, but you must be able to travel to Birmingham and the West Midlands for important client meetings, site visits, and contract discussions when required.

Your role will include identifying opportunities, making introductions, contacting decision-makers, attending meetings and site visits, following up leads, developing client relationships, helping with quotations and tenders, negotiating opportunities, and helping take work from the first conversation through to secured contract.
EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for serious people with at least 5 years’ relevant experience, ideally 10+ years, in areas such as:
- Business Development
- Construction Contracts
- Property Maintenance
- Facilities Management
- Tendering
- Estimating
- Commercial Property
- Housing
- Construction Recruitment
- Account Management
- Contract Management
You may currently work for a large contractor, developer, FM company, recruiter, or corporate organization.
You may already be very good at what you do.
But maybe you are tired of spending years building somebody else’s business while owning none of what you help create.
That is exactly the kind of person we want to speak to.

THE DEAL
We are offering an initial 3-month performance-based partnership trial.
During the trial, you can earn 20% commission on qualifying profitable new business that you personally introduce and successfully secure, under agreed terms, and once the client has paid.
The better you perform, the more you can earn.
But this opportunity is designed to go further than commission.
