Business Development Coordinator
Welshpool, Wales
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience
SWG Construction is a well-established regional main contractor delivering public sector and housing association projects across Wales and the West Midlands. We are growing, and we are looking for someone to help us open doors with the clients we want to work for.
Based at our Welshpool office, you will research and identify prospective local authority, housing association, and professional clients, make contact with them, and book meetings for our Preconstruction Director. You will also look after our day-to-day marketing, including case studies, site content, social media, and the website, working alongside our external marketing consultancy.

What we are looking for
- Experience of business development, appointment setting, lead generation, or client-facing account work.
- Confidence contacting people you have not met before, by telephone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Good written English and an eye for detail.
- Organized and self-directed.
- An interest in marketing and content.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Construction experience is welcome but not essential.
