An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Business Development Coordinator to join a leading international professional services firm. Supporting a diverse range of corporate and litigation practices, you'll play a key role in delivering strategic marketing and business development initiatives that drive growth and enhance client relationships.

The Role

Working closely with Business Development leaders and key stakeholders, you'll support a broad range of activities including pitches, proposals, events, market research and profile-raising campaigns.

  • Support the delivery of business development and marketing initiatives across multiple practice groups.
  • Assist with the preparation of client pitches, proposals and RFP submissions.
  • Coordinate client-facing events, sponsorships and business development activities.
  • Conduct market, client and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain marketing collateral, practice information, rankings and lawyer biographies.
  • Draft and distribute marketing communications and e-marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with lawyers and business services teams to deliver high-quality client development support.

About You

  • 4+ years' business development or marketing experience within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Strong research, writing and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting pitches, events and marketing campaigns.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office and research tools.
  • Proactive, collaborative and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
