An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Business Development Coordinator to join a leading international professional services firm. Supporting a diverse range of corporate and litigation practices, you'll play a key role in delivering strategic marketing and business development initiatives that drive growth and enhance client relationships.
The Role
Working closely with Business Development leaders and key stakeholders, you'll support a broad range of activities including pitches, proposals, events, market research and profile-raising campaigns.

- Support the delivery of business development and marketing initiatives across multiple practice groups.
- Assist with the preparation of client pitches, proposals and RFP submissions.
- Coordinate client-facing events, sponsorships and business development activities.
- Conduct market, client and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain marketing collateral, practice information, rankings and lawyer biographies.
- Draft and distribute marketing communications and e-marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with lawyers and business services teams to deliver high-quality client development support.
About You
- 4+ years' business development or marketing experience within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong research, writing and communication skills.
- Experience supporting pitches, events and marketing campaigns.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office and research tools.
- Proactive, collaborative and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
