Business Development Coordinator – Construction & Interiors
Vital Interiors & Trident Modular
London | Full-time | Office-based
Salary: up to £35,000 per annum
Vital Interiors and Trident Modular are looking for a confident and proactive Business Development Coordinator to support new business development and client relationships across both companies.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable making outbound calls, researching potential clients and following up opportunities, while also supporting incoming enquiries and day-to-day client communication.
The main focus of the role will be to help build a strong pipeline of opportunities and ensure leads and enquiries are followed up consistently.
Key responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to prospective clients and introducing our services
- Carrying out targeted email and LinkedIn outreach
- Researching potential clients, developments and upcoming opportunities
- Identifying and reaching the correct decision-makers
- Following up previous enquiries, quotations and proposals
- Re-engaging dormant leads and contacts
- Booking introductory meetings and calls for the wider team
- Answering incoming client calls and responding to enquiries
- Supporting ongoing client and account communication
- Building and maintaining our client database and sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM
- Keeping contact records, notes and follow-ups up to date
- Supporting tender and new business opportunities where required
- Liaising with account management, estimating, design and project teams to help progress enquiries and maintain strong client communication
- Assisting with supplier contact, sourcing and general coordination when needed

About you
We are looking for someone who is:
- Confident and comfortable speaking to new people on the phone
- Comfortable making cold calls and carrying out proactive outreach
- Organised and able to manage multiple follow-ups
- Friendly, professional and confident when dealing with clients
- A strong written and verbal communicator
- Proactive and willing to take ownership of follow-ups
- Comfortable using CRM systems, email, LinkedIn and Microsoft Office
Previous experience in construction, commercial interiors, fit-out, property, architecture, modular construction or a related built-environment sector would be highly beneficial.
