Business Development Coordinator – Design Agency

£50,000 | London | 5 days in the office
Hours: 8:00/8:15am – 5:30pm

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, creative and highly entrepreneurial business to find an exceptional Business Development Coordinator for a newly created role at the heart of its commercial team.

Despite the title, this isn’t a traditional business development or sales role. It’s a hands-on senior support and coordination position for someone who loves creating structure, keeping busy people organised and making sure actions actually happen.

Working closely with the Head of Business Development, you’ll support a lively, ambitious team by bringing organisation, consistency and accountability to their client development activity.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning trackers for priority clients, actions, deadlines and next steps
  • Coordinating activity across Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Events
  • Preparing meeting agendas, capturing actions and ensuring effective follow-up
  • Confidently chasing actions and holding people accountable for commitments
  • Producing clear weekly updates on progress, priorities and outstanding actions
  • Coordinating diaries, client meetings, events and follow-up activity
  • Supporting occasional market mapping, research and target-list development
  • Spotting gaps, improving processes and creating better ways of working
  • Acting as a calm, organised point of contact across a busy commercial team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
