We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager
Join a growing technology business specialising in enterprise data and address intelligence solutions. This is a new business role focused on winning large enterprise customers and driving significant revenue growth while representing a best-in-class enterprise platform.
The Opportunity
You'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing new enterprise customers, targeting large revenue organisations. This is a consultative sales role focused on developing relationships with senior decision-makers, demonstrating a best-in-class solution, and managing complex sales cycles from initial outreach through to contract close.
Typical deal sizes are £1 million and above, requiring the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders, procurement processes, and executive-level decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive cold outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting.
- Identify and engage enterprise organisations with significant address, customer, or location data challenges.
- Develop relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite and business leaders.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and value-based presentations tailored to enterprise customer needs.
- Position and promote a best-in-class enterprise platform, clearly communicating its commercial and operational value to large organisations.
- Manage complex enterprise sales cycles with deal values of £1 million and above.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and successfully close high-value contracts.
- Collaborate with internal technical and customer teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to implementation.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management within the CRM.

The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone with a proven ability to generate new business and build relationships with senior stakeholders within enterprise organisations.
- Proven experience in enterprise business development or new business sales.
- A strong track record of winning new logos through self-generated activity.
- Confidence conducting cold business development across phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking channels.
- Experience selling complex SaaS, software, data, or technology solutions into enterprise organisations.
- The ability to confidently present, demonstrate, and articulate the value of a best-in-class technology solution to senior decision-makers.
- Experience managing consultative sales cycles with deal values of £1 million and above.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset.
- Experience using CRM platforms to manage pipeline and forecasting.
