About Ink

Ink is a global travel media and content company, working with many of the world's leading airlines, travel brands and destinations to create compelling creative and commercial solutions across print, digital, video and television. We create content and sell advertising across all stages of the traveller journey, helping our partners drive more revenue and engage with their audiences better than ever.

The Role

We're looking for a Business Development Director to lead the growth of Ink's client base across airlines and travel partnerships. This is a senior, target-driven role for someone who thrives on winning new business and who understands the airline and travel industry at a strategic level.

You'll be responsible for identifying, developing and converting new opportunities, building relationships with senior decision-makers, and leading compelling pitches that showcase the full breadth of Ink's creative and content capabilities. Working closely with the Managing Director, you'll shape Ink's business development strategy and ensure a healthy, well-managed pipeline of opportunities.

You'll need to be equally comfortable building long-term relationships and closing deals; someone with the credibility to open doors at the highest level, and the commercial rigour to see opportunities through from first conversation to signed contract.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
