Company Description

MM has a 20-year history of providing data to the life and pensions industry. Data quality, customer services, and good customer outcomes are at the core of everything we do.

We are a small team with many years of experience and are looking to increase our footprint in the Life and Pensions sector and grow into adjacent areas within the financial services sector.

We are looking for a highly driven individual who can work autonomously as well as collaboratively. A potential equity stake is on offer for the right person who can deliver.

Role Summary

We are seeking a commercially driven and domain-knowledgeable Business Development Director to accelerate our growth across the Life & Pensions sector. This role will drive pipeline origination, build executive-level relationships, and lead go-to-market strategies across pension schemes, administrators, insurers, and consultants.

The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge of both DB and DC pensions, pensions administration, pensions data, emerging digital and data-driven capabilities, and the ability to position solutions that solve process automation, customer experience, risk optimization, and regulatory compliance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
