Business Development Director – Workplace Solutions
Location: Hybrid working with London being a preferred location option - Options for Basingstoke Office/Sheffield Office/Cardiff Office also available
Hours: Full time - Permanent

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our work winning efforts within the Workplace Solutions sector, focusing on Facilities Management. You'll play a pivotal role in driving our growth aspirations by providing strategic leadership and hands-on direction throughout the end-to-end work winning process, from pipeline generation through to financial close.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Business Development Director – Workplace Solutions, You'll Be Working Within The Workplace Solutions Team, Supporting Them In Delivering Strategic Growth In The Facilities Management Sector. Your Day To Day Will Include
- Leading and directing the work winning team on key strategic bids, developing commercial and operational delivery strategies
- Formulating win plans and managing relationships during pre-tender strategic planning phases
- Collaborating with operational teams to develop optimum delivery solutions and raise the quality of submissions
- Guiding the team through the bid process and post-submission stages through to financial close
- Ensuring compliance with governance requirements, pre-construction gateway processes, and financial targets

What are we looking for?
This role of Business Development Director – Workplace Solutions is great for you if:
- You have a strong background in the Facilities Management sector with proven experience in work winning
- You have demonstrable experience in senior management positions with a track record of successful bid leadership
- You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present both internally and externally
- You're self-motivated with strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop winning strategies
- You're a collaborative team player who can provide both strategic direction and hands-on support when needed
