About the Role
We’re hiring for one of our clients in the United States, Europe, and the Gulf region for a Business Development Director – BPO. This is a remote opportunity for an experienced business development leader with a strong track record in the BPO industry.
In this role, you’ll lead business development activities across key international markets, focusing on winning new clients, growing revenue, and supporting business expansion.
You’ll be responsible for driving the full sales cycle and developing new business opportunities for BPO services, including customer service, technical support, HRO, and Agentic AI support services, with a focus on the healthcare, retail, and telecommunications sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies across the United States, Europe, and Gulf markets.
- Identify, engage, and acquire new clients within the healthcare, retail, and telecommunications sectors.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and client meetings to proposals, negotiations, and contract signing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers, strategic partners, and prospective clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored BPO solutions, commercial proposals, and pricing.
- Lead, coach, and manage the business development team to achieve individual and company targets.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and business development performance reports.
- Represent the company at relevant client meetings, conferences, industry events, and networking opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for growth within the BPO and AI-enabled services landscape.

Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of business development experience, including strong experience within the BPO industry.
- Proven track record of winning new BPO clients and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of BPO services, solutions, and commercial models.
- Experience selling BPO services to clients in the United States, Europe, and/or the Gulf region.
- Strong understanding of market trends, including the growing role of AI and Agentic AI within the BPO industry.
- Previous experience leading or managing a business development or sales team.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- An established network of potential clients and senior decision-makers within the target markets.
- Strong connections within the healthcare, retail, or telecommunications industries.
- Experience selling multiple BPO service lines, including customer service, technical support, HRO, or AI-enabled support services.
- Experience working across international markets and managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify, develop, and convert high-value business opportunities.
