The organization develops platforms that help businesses securely unify and activate customer data across multiple channels and partners, enabling improved marketing performance, measurement, and analytics. Operating at the intersection of large-scale data engineering, cloud infrastructure, and privacy-first advertising technology, the company works with major brands, advertising agencies, and media platforms worldwide. It is known for building secure, scalable systems in a highly regulated environment, with a strong focus on compliance, data protection, and responsible data use.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales process, from identifying and qualifying prospects aligned with target customer profiles through to closing deals, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with both existing clients and new business opportunities across Connected TV (CTV).
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans by identifying customer challenges, business objectives, and relevant market trends.
  • Act as a brand ambassador at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing and contract terms, addressing objections and driving agreements to completion.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the organization’s solutions, pricing structure, and value proposition, while proactively anticipating evolving customer needs.
  • Use CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent) to manage pipeline activity, ensure accurate reporting, and support reliable forecasting.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7–10+ years of sales or business development experience in Connected TV (CTV), streaming media, digital content, or rights/identity-related technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated success selling into senior stakeholders (including C-level) at broadcasters, streaming services, media platforms, or content and rights organizations.
  • Strong record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets, with a consultative and solutions-driven sales approach.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to clearly communicate complex technology solutions and their business impact.
