Business Development Director

A Business Development Director is required by a leading global cyber security services provider to win new enterprise clients and build multi-year strategic relationships across managed security (MSSP/MDR), offensive security, and advisory and consulting services.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Winning new enterprise clients and building a focused pipeline of prospects.
  • Leveraging your network of CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, and board-level stakeholders to create new opportunities.
  • Qualifying opportunities, building board-level business cases and managing pricing, negotiation, and contract structure through to close.
  • Shaping and selling complex security propositions across SOC, offensive security, and advisory, bringing in subject-matter leads throughout the sales cycle to win larger, multi-practice deals.
  • Growing initial engagements into multi-service, multi-year strategic relationships.
  • Representing the business with senior buyers at industry networks, executive forums, partner relationships, and events.
  • Partnering with delivery teams to onboard new clients and remaining their executive sponsor after signature.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
