Bespoke Talent is recruiting for a Business Development Director to join a workplace design and build business in London.
Whether you’re an established Director looking for a fresh opportunity or a successful Senior Business Development Manager ready to step up, I’d love to hear from you.
This is a role for someone who enjoys getting out into the market, meeting people and developing lasting commercial relationships. You’ll have warm leads to build on, alongside the opportunity to identify and win new business.

What you’ll be doing:
- Developing warm leads and generating new opportunities.
- Building relationships with prospective clients and industry contacts.
- Representing the business at meetings, events and networking opportunities.
- Understanding clients’ workplace plans, requirements and timescales.
- Working with the wider team to progress opportunities into project wins.
- Managing your pipeline and maintaining consistent follow-up.
What you’ll bring:
- Business development experience within construction, ideally workplace design and build or commercial fit-out.
- A track record of personally generating opportunities and winning work.
- Confidence building relationships across the London construction and property market.
- Strong communication, commercial awareness and initiative.
- The organisation and persistence to keep opportunities moving forward.
