The Role: Business Development Director
This is a high-impact position with exciting remuneration and growth opportunities. We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, analytical, and collaborative leader who thrives on strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and forging long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Drive enterprise-level expansion by:
- Building a pipeline of CxO and Director-level prospects in the UK & European markets, scaling internationally over time.
- Leveraging our proven ‘Attensi Way of Selling’—a consultative, value-driven approach tailored to each organisation’s challenges.
- Creating bespoke training solutions that address client pain points (e.g., employee upskilling, sales training, compliance simulations).
- Collaborating with Customer Success to onsell, expand relationships, and refine best practices.
- Representing Attensi authentically—knowledgeable, passionate, and skilled in articulating our unique AI-powered value.

Key Tasks
✔ Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Identify ideal clients (EN: 1,000–100,000+ employees).
- Forge connections at industry events, webinars, and networking platforms.
✔ Relationship-Building
- Map organizational training needs to Attensi’s solutions.
- Position Attensi as a trusted partner—not just a vendor—through trust-building, empathy, and collaboration.
✔ Strategic Growth
- Develop best practices in partnership with Attensi’s commercial team.
- Adapt to global market trends as the role scales across regions.
Who Are We Looking For?
Ideal candidates have:
- BSc or higher qualification.
- 5+ years of experience, preferably in enterprise sales or Business Development.
- Proven track record in selling to CxOs and Directors (education, healthcare, tech, or professional services are highly desirable).
- Client-facing experience in Consumer Goods or B2B SaaS is a strong plus.
- A passion for consultative selling—enjoying deep end-to-end client relationships rather than pure transactional deals.
- Analytical mindset to spot uses for Attensi’s tech across diverse industries.
