💼 What You'll Do

  • Target senior stakeholders including Divisional Directors, Operations Directors, and Learning & Development leaders.
  • Generate opportunities through a combination of BDR support, self-generated activity, and industry events.
  • Manage complex enterprise sales cycles, typically lasting 3+ months.
  • Build relationships with major pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device organisations.
  • Sell bespoke AI learning, simulations & digital training solutions

👊 Who You Are

  • 8+ years of B2B business development or enterprise sales experience.
  • A proven track record selling complex solutions
  • Experience selling enterprise technology, learning solutions, consulting, or other complex services.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare market
  • Curious, positive, organised, and commercially driven, with clear leadership potential.
  • A genuine new business hunter who can operate strategically across long enterprise sales cycles.

💰 The Package

  • £80-95K basic
  • £135-140K uncapped OTE
