Paysafe Racing Business Development Manager

Paysafe Racing is a new strategic platform designed to bring together Paysafe, motorsport, merchants, brands, retailers, and consumers through partnerships that create commercial value beyond traditional sponsorship.

The platform launches with Envision Racing, creating an opportunity to build a two-sided network connecting leading brands and retailers with a highly engaged global motorsport audience. The ambition is to create a scalable commercial ecosystem spanning partnerships, merchandise, retail, payments, consumer engagement, and new revenue opportunities.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to build and grow the commercial ecosystem around Paysafe Racing, starting with the Envision Racing partnership.

This role will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic relationships across brands, retailers, merchandise partners, distributors, and other ecosystem participants. A key focus will be developing a compelling merchandise and retail proposition while building the two-sided network that connects participating businesses with Paysafe's consumer and merchant ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Build the Paysafe Racing Ecosystem

  • Develop and execute the business development strategy for Paysafe Racing, beginning with Envision Racing.
  • Identify and establish relationships with brands, retailers, distributors, manufacturers, merchants, and strategic partners.
  • Build a scalable two-sided network, creating value for both participating businesses and consumers.
  • Develop the commercial proposition for partners, including opportunities to reach, engage, and transact with the Paysafe Racing audience.
  • Identify opportunities to extend the model across additional racing properties, markets, and commercial categories.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
