Business Development Director (Property and Construction Consultancy)
£100,000 - £160,000 Package
Full-Time, Permanent, Hybrid, London
A wonderful independent property and construction consultancy is looking to create an entirely new business development function within their company. They’re searching for an experienced and sociable Business Development Director to lead this function.
The consultancy is comprised of c. 200 specialists across the UK, providing services including (but not limited to) project management, cost management, building surveying, and due diligence, to a range of public and private sector clients. They have excellent staff retention due to their inclusive, supportive culture generous benefits, which include a 36.5 hour work week, 33 days’ annual leave (increasing with tenure), and enhanced maternity and paternity pay.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years’ experience in business development, ideally within property, construction, or a related industry. They will have a strong network of contacts across the property and construction industries, have the proven ability to drive new business, and be a personable and confident representative for the consultancy.
