About The Role
This is an incredible opportunity for a growth-oriented and ambitious individual to join a fast-scaling business. We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Director to drive growth from new business for our BPO service business. The initial focus will be on the Irish, UK, and Nordics markets, with a clear opportunity to grow into a broader EMEA-facing role as we continue our rapid expansion.
This is a hunter role, ideal for someone who knows how to open doors, build relationships from the ground up, and close high-value, consultative deals. You’ll be supported by the CCO and senior leadership team but success in this role depends on your ability to take initiative, build a pipeline, and work collaboratively to win.
Location: This is a full-time work-from-home position. However, our ideal candidate will be based in the Dublin Region.
What You'll Be Doing
- Drive new client acquisition, owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing the deal.
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of opportunities through strategic outreach.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand needs and shape tailored BPO solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, operations) to create tailored solutions for potential clients.
- Share insights from the market to help shape positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and establish connections.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
