Business Development Director
Central London, Flexible
£100,000-£130,000+
A highly respected construction and property consultancy with a strong reputation and established client base is looking for a highly experienced and personable Business Development Director to strengthen their business development function.
This is a new position that offers the opportunity to work closely with Partners to drive new business and further solidify the consultancy’s position and reputation across the UK market and beyond. The position will also involve representing the consultancy at industry events as well as leveraging your pre-existing network to create new relationships on behalf of the company.

The ideal candidate has a deep knowledge and a learned understanding of the construction, property, development, and built environment spaces, has a strong pre-existing network of industry contacts, and has a proven track record leading business development and generating and converting new business leads.
